MacID is administered by University Technology Services (UTS). The UTS account management page has detailed instructions for how to:
- Change your MacID password
- Reset a forgotten MacID password
- Recover a forgotten MacID (username)

If you are unable to find your supervisor in MedSIS, please submit a support ticket and ask to have them added. Please be sure to include the supervisor’s first name, last name, email address and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) number, if applicable.
