Frequently Asked Questions

Please submit a support ticket to request access to MedSIS. Please provide details including your name, email/MacID, department and approving manager.

MacID is administered by University Technology Services (UTS). The UTS account management page has detailed instructions for how to:

  • Change your MacID password
  • Reset a forgotten MacID password
  • Recover a forgotten MacID (username)

Please visit the UTS Account management page to use these self-service password reset options.

If you are unable to find your supervisor in MedSIS, please submit a support ticket and ask to have them added. Please be sure to include the supervisor’s first name, last name, email address and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) number, if applicable.

Please submit a ticket to have your supervisor’s email address, or other information, updated.
